Oper cat is a sterile, single-use, self-adhesive dressing pouch designed to protect all types of temporary and permanent catheters.

It consists of an upper polyurethane film dressing that protects the insertion site from external agents, a breathable, liquid-repellent non-woven fabric pouch, and a lower non-woven fabric strip that can be used to secure the bottom of the pouch to the patient’s skin. This is also useful for the long pouch version (16 cm) as it allows the pouch to be folded over and shortened.

The upper dressing is made of transparent polyurethane film, which allows the insertion site to be visually inspected. It is also breathable but impermeable to liquids, making it easier to wash the patient.
